Frequently asked questions
Why can't a team member record entries?
Check whether the draw is open, its closing time, and team member permissions
- Check that your team leader has opened this lottery type and draw for the shop. Following a lottery or adding a personal group does not open a draw.
- Check that the draw is still open and the closing time has not passed. After it closes, you cannot add or edit entries.
- Check the plan and team member permissions: Pro allows 5 members to record entries, excluding the owner. Pro Max has no member limit.
What's the difference between saving a draft and confirming a bill?
A draft prepares your entries. No order has been accepted and no payment received.
- A draft saves entries in progress for later review. It does not mean an order has been accepted or payment received.
- Before confirming, check the number format, payout rates, restricted numbers, and whether the draw is still open.
- After confirming a bill, record payments separately using the amount actually received. Bill status and payment status are separate.
What if I can't copy a bill image?
Save a PNG, then attach it from your device
- Open the bill you want to share and check the shop name, customer, entries, and amount first.
- Choose Copy image, then paste it into an app that supports images.
- If your browser does not support copying images or blocks clipboard access, choose Save PNG and attach the saved image from your device instead.
Why isn't my plan active after uploading proof of payment?
Access begins after the support team approves your proof of payment
- Uploading proof of payment does not mean approval. The support team checks the amount and payment details before activating access.
- Check your request status on your account's Plans page. If corrections are requested, update your proof of payment as instructed.
- To ask support to review your request, prepare the request details and payment date and time. Do not send your password.
Will my existing data remain after my plan expires?
Existing data and outstanding balances stay with the same person responsible.
- Bills, team members, and outstanding receivables remain assigned to their original owners. An expired plan does not automatically transfer debts to the team leader.
- Permission to record new entries depends on the current plan. The owner can renew to restore the team's access under that plan.
- If you choose Pro after your Pro Max cycle ends, the first 5 members in order of joining can record entries. Additional members remain on the team and can collect existing balances, but cannot record new entries.
How do I get started with LINE?
Open the app's login page and follow the account steps
- Select Get started with LINE to open the app's login page. Choose Log in with LINE and follow the steps shown.
- After logging in, shop owners should check shop details and rules before opening a draw. Team members should use the account linked to their team.
- Logging in with LINE does not automatically import entries from LINE chats.
Where do I set the shop name and bill footer?
The shop owner sets the shop details shown on bills
- Open Shop Settings, check the shop name and the details you want on bills, then save.
- The recorder or shop owner can set the shop's bill footer. Team members cannot edit it.
- After editing, preview the bill to check the text and shop name before sending it to your customer.
How do I open a draw and set its closing time?
The owner selects a draw and checks its closing time before opening it for team entries
- On the entry page, choose Add draw and select the lottery type your shop wants to open.
- Check the closing time. The default is 2 hours before results. The owner can adjust it to suit the draw's rules.
- Team members can record entries only for draws opened by the owner. Opening one draw does not automatically open the next.
How do I check payout rates and restricted numbers before confirming?
Use the rules for your shop and selected draw
- The owner opens Payout Rates or Restricted Numbers, selects the lottery type, and checks whether the rules apply to all draws or a specific draw.
- Review the defaults and adjust them to match your shop before saving.
- Check how the rules affect your entries before confirming, especially when returning to a draft bill, as the rules may have changed.
How do I record partial payments and check outstanding balances?
Record the amount actually received separately from confirming the bill
- Select a bill under Payments, check the customer and total, then record the amount actually received.
- If only part of the payment is received, the rest remains outstanding. Do not mark it as received in full.
- Check the entries and payment date and time on the bill to verify them with the customer.
How do I upgrade from Pro to Pro Max?
The price difference depends on your 30-day or 365-day cycle
- 30-day cycle: The price difference for the rest of the current cycle is waived. Access is activated after confirmation, with the same expiry date. The next cycle uses the Pro Max price.
- 365-day cycle: Pay the price difference before access is activated. It is calculated from the standard monthly price difference, excluding the current calendar month.
- Check the price difference shown before confirming, then follow the proof-of-payment review process.
