How do I get started with LINE?

Open the app's login page and follow the account steps

Select Get started with LINE to open the app's login page. Choose Log in with LINE and follow the steps shown.
After logging in, shop owners should check shop details and rules before opening a draw. Team members should use the account linked to their team.
Logging in with LINE does not automatically import entries from LINE chats.

Why can't a team member record entries?

Check whether the draw is open, its closing time, and team member permissions

Check that your team leader has opened this lottery type and draw for the shop. Following a lottery or adding a personal group does not open a draw.
Check that the draw is still open and the closing time has not passed. After it closes, you cannot add or edit entries.
Check the plan and team member permissions: Pro allows 5 members to record entries, excluding the owner. Pro Max has no member limit.
